They evaporates sweat on a continual basis, keeping the head cooler in summer and warmer in winter.

The liners STOP SWEAT from rolling into and burning your eyes and hold up to four times their weight in sweat, while evaporating on a continual basis. The back SMS layer traps the oils, salts and odors, helping to protect your favorite helmet from salt stains and odors.

One or two can be used for optimal performance. Each liner can be used several times. When it gets too dirty, just throw it away and grab a new one.
