Can I order by phone or fax?

How do I know if an item is in stock?
If an item can be ordered from our web site, it is normally available. In the unlikely event, it is out of stock, you will be notified with your options.
Do I have to pay sales tax?
Sales tax will only be applied to residents of Maryland. Sales tax is calculated automatically during the check out process and is based on the ship-to address.
How much will shipping costs be?
We primarily use UPS and US Postal Service to ship orders. Ground rates are based on weight and destination while expedited rates are based on weight, volume and destination. During the order process, you will be given a list of different shipping methods to select from. The total cost of goods and the cost of shipping as well as sales taxes, if applicable, are clearly displayed.
Will you ship to a PO Box or APO/FPO?
Please select a US Postal Service shipping method such as Priority Mail when shipping to a PO Box or APO/FPO. UPS will not deliver to these addresses.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders received before 3:00 PM EST, usually ship the same day. The length of time to receive your order depends on your location and shipping method.
Priority Mail in the domestic US takes 2-3 days (deliveries Mon-Sat).
UPS Ground will depend on your location - see the UPS map below as a guideline. UPS days are business days (Mon-Fri).
Do you ship outside the US?
Yes, we ship all over the world. We will contact you if there is a question on the shipping method chosen. We often help customers get the best value for overseas shipments.

Absolutely. We have taken every precaution to make your transactions secure. Our Internet site is built using Monster Commerce which utilizes industry-standard security measures, including SSL (Secure Sockets Layer). We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to others. We hate junk mail as much as you do. Also, all of your financial information is carefully isolated against any unauthorized access.
What is your return policy?
Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction. Inspect your order on arrival for any damage during shipment and notify us of any problems. You may return most items in new condition with tags and original packaging in place for a full refund or credit. For saddles, please read our Saddle Return Policy below.
We regret that custom order items such as sheets, blankets, or bags in custom colors or items that are monogrammed, are not returnable. Make sure that you order the correct size and color! If items are returned to us that aren't in new condition, we may either not accept them or may charge a cleaning fee, if appropriate. Try your new pony clothing on over a clean sheet and keep hairs, shavings and dirt off of the item in case it needs to be returned.
If an item is returnable, we will exchange it or refund your money. All returns must occur within 30 days of receiving your order. Shipping charges are only refunded if the return is due to our error.

Returns take 1-2 weeks to process after we receive them. If using a credit card, refunds will be credited to your account. Otherwise a check will be mailed to you. Use UPS or US Postal Service with insured service for your protection in case the shipment is lost in transit. This will also permit tracking.
What is your saddle return policy?
Unpack your saddle carefully, making sure not to cut through the box and slice your saddle. Please keep the original carton and packing. Extreme care must be taken in trying the saddle so that you do not damage or blemish it.
Full credit can only be given if the saddle shows no sign of wear, scratches or marks. Stirrup leathers must be wrapped with a soft cloth or saran wrap so that the leathers don't rub or discolor the flaps. A clean full saddle pad must be put on under the saddle to protect the sweat flaps and panels. No marks must be left on the billet straps from girthing up. Please do not use any leather care on the saddle prior to making sure it fits you and your pony. If leather care has been applied, the saddle is non-returnable.
If you wish to return the saddle, please do so within 3 weeks. Please pack the saddle in the original packing and carton. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Please insure the saddle for the full value.
If a returned saddle shows any surface wear or damage, regrettably, a 35% restocking fee will be applied.
