Theodore OConnor, a 14.1-hand Thoroughbred Sportpony gelding, made history at the 2007 Rolex Kentucky Three-Day Event CCI**** in Lexington, Kentucky as he became the first pony to compete in the prestigious four-star event. The Pony, as he was referred to throughout the weekend, was piloted to third place by two-time Olympic medalist Karen OConnor and was one of only two horses to finish the stadium jumping round with no jumping or time penalties. In the end, he was awarded the Best Conditioned Horse Trophy.

To further that spectacular accomplishment, he carried OConnor to a double gold medal victory in the 2007 Pan American Games! This amazing pony was also named 2007 Farnam®/Platform USEF Horse of the Year.
